01 General Terms & Conditions
By using the dk9 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between dk9 and the user. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use dk9.
Dk9 is an online Sports Betting and casino gaming platform serving Bangladesh. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive and binding text.
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided through dk9's website, mobile application, and any other digital channels. By registering, logging in, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these terms.

- Users will be notified before any changes come into effect
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
- Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of our services
02 Account Registration & Verification
To open an account with dk9, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. dk9 reserves the right to close any account created with false information and forfeit any deposited funds.
2.1 Registration Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- Each individual may register only one account
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful
- Only one account may be registered per phone number and email address
- If multiple members of the same household wish to open separate accounts from the same device, please contact Support first
2.2 KYC Verification
Dk9 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in line with international standards. Before your first withdrawal — or at any time — dk9 may request the following information:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- A recent selfie holding your ID document
- Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill)
- Proof of payment method ownership
Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete. It is your responsibility to submit the required documents in a timely manner.
03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on dk9 are handled through a fully secure and transparent process. Deposits and withdrawals are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
3.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳500
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes
- All deposits must be made from your own account — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
- If a deposit does not appear in your account, please contact support with your transaction ID
- Dk9 does not accept funds from suspicious sources
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
- Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account tier
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus
As part of its Anti-Money Laundering policy, dk9 reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions. Some transactions may be temporarily delayed during this process.
04 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Dk9 regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read carefully before claiming.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- The welcome bonus is available once only, per new account
- A minimum deposit is required to qualify for a bonus
- A wagering requirement of 10x–30x typically applies before bonus funds can be withdrawn
- The wagering period is generally 30 days from the date the bonus is credited
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not permitted
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first
- Withdrawing after receiving a bonus will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all winnings derived from it
- Dk9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time
- Accounts found to be abusing bonuses or attempting fraud will be closed
05 Betting Rules
Betting on dk9 is governed by specific rules that apply across all Sports Betting and casino games.
5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
- Please review the confirmation screen carefully before finalising your bet
- Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
- Bets placed after an odds change will be settled at the updated odds
- Dk9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
5.2 Payouts & Settlement
- Bets are settled within 24 hours of the event result being confirmed
- In the event of a disputed outcome, the official result will be considered final
- If a match is abandoned, a full result will be settled provided at least 90% of the match has been played
- Winnings from successful bets will be credited directly to your account balance
5.3 Maximum Payout Limits

06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk9 platform to maintain its integrity and security.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account
- Any attempt to manipulate the betting system — such as arbitrage betting or scalping
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Attempting to fix matches or influence outcomes through any other fraudulent means
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Registering with a false identity or forged documents
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
07 Account Suspension & Closure
Dk9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.
7.1 Account Closure by dk9
- Breach of Terms & Conditions
- Registering with false or fraudulent information
- Involvement in prohibited activities
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing incorrect information
- Prolonged account inactivity (12 months or more)
7.2 Account Closure by the User
To close your account, contact Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements will not be refunded.
08 Responsible Gaming Policy
Dk9 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. We encourage all users to play responsibly.
- You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for your account
- You can lock your account for a set period using the Self-exclusion feature
- Dk9 may restrict an account if signs of problematic gambling behaviour are detected
- It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors under 18 do not access the platform

09 Limitation of Liability

- Dk9 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection
- Dk9 is not liable for issues arising from third-party payment gateways
- Dk9 is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or server outages
- Dk9 is not responsible if a user's password or account credentials are compromised by a third party

10 Changes & Updates to the Terms
